domain transfer .de .fr .moe
Is it possible to transfer .de, .fr and .moe domains to cloudflare?
.de and .fr i have at ionos, .moe im still working on acquiring.
If I go to
Account Home > Add a domain in the dashboard, it lets me add domains but im assuming this is not the same as transfering them?
if transfer doesnt work, whats the next best option?2 Replies
Supported TLDs page is here: https://www.cloudflare.com/tld-policies/, or un the dashboard under Domain Registration -> Register Domains -> Supported Extensions, or if you just search to register one, it'll say something like "hioihoioh.fr cannot be registered as Cloudflare does not yet support the ".fr" extension."
Cloudflare Registrar does not support any of those 3. Not too surpising since they've been mostly targeting big registeries/getting multiple TLDs at once, and those ccTLDs are usually owned by a single registry/smaller and with more quirks.
if transfer doesnt work, whats the next best option?You can still use CF DNS and all services other then Registrar. You can look at sites like https://tld-list.com/tld/de to find the cheapest registrar for them.
