Restart ur Game and PC( thats what helbed me)
I have the same issue still have it after restarting my game i initially thought it was like a vc suspension bc i said somehthing val didnt like even though i dont think i have. Turns out i can still message my team in team chat and party chat so its just vc so im guessing its a glitch
