So since it worked before adding this world, it's obvious to both of us that the issue is with the world, and not your server setup. Have you gone to the creator's Discord and asked for support? You're a paying customer, so they should be willing to help, to avoid a return or bad review. That's probably what I would do in this situation.

Small chance. Worth a try. There are some level settings and generator details in there that might matter. Also post your plugin list. And answer the question about if you have asked the creator in their Discord yet.

do a binary search starting with nothing usually means its a random error in a random plugin that isnt indexed enough any actual mc error would be more known

yeah, it's gotta be a plugin at this point. I'm just confused, because he said it worked with his first world, and now hasn't worked since. so there's some level of persistence somewhere outside the world folder that is preventing a successful new world from being used. like

Binary search your plugins

Remove half of your non-essential (ie not things like PAPI or LuckPerm) plugins and see if the problem is fixed. If it still persists, the cause is in the half still installed. Continue to halve the remaining plugins until you've narrowed it down to a single plugin. Congratulations, you found the culprit.

Yes, when binary searching, you move the jars out of the folder, or rename the file extension to .jar.disabled if you prefer. bumping this for visibility. Multiverse is not recommended since like, 2015.

Yeah. We don't KNOW it's MV causing this, but it certainly isn't something anyone should be running anyway. We don't know which plugin is doing it, but since you're deleting the world folder, we know that there is some data somewhere being saved outside of the world folder. Likely in plugin data. So since we're going in blind, you binary search your plugins to narrow it down to the misbehaving plugin.
