Need advice for what to wear to wedding
I've been invited to a wedding for next summer where the dress code is written as "relaxed, semi-formal [have clarified this is basically smart casual]: attire: something bright, colourful and summery to suit our garden party theme! We're intending to hold our ceremony outside so bring sunglasses, a hat, or a light jacket, depending on the weather".
Further clarification was 'no dark colours'. I was intending to wear navy suit, white shirt, silver tie, white pocket square and black oxfords but now I have no idea what to wear. Any advice please?

Light gray suit, no tie, flowy linen shirt, suede loafers
Go riviera or go home
Off white linen suit, loafers, linen shirt, paisley tie/pocket square.
the la chimera - tan suit (or tan/off white separates), linen or silk shirt, snuff belgian loafers
might get away with a patterned short sleeve camp collar shirt
If you like the blue, a light-mid could still work. They specifically called out "bright" so I wouldn't shy away from some colors.
Jacket vs full suit, but something like this is where I would go.
