If i added 2 or 3 domains to Cloudflare
do they all have 250DNS Records limits like
Each Domain can make 250/3=dns records or each domain have 250DNS Records?

65 means 65 dns records?
No, that's just referring to the rules you can create across all types (single redirect rules, waf rules, cache rules, etc), each have their own limit and they're adding them all up and saying "You can have a total of x" rules, this is per domain
All customers have a limit on the number of DNS records they can create.
