I am not an experienced realm owner and I'm trying to figure out the best course of action to take in order to get my realm up and running to where I can make the perfect spawn point that's flat without having to do the fill command I know there's a block you can use to get rid of a bunch of land I don't know what block it is it's been awhile since I've used it but I know that it takes the land and you can view it inside the block and choose the radius in the block in order to destroy that land and you use one command in that block and it automatically does it for you I just don't remember what block it is if I could get someone to help me and explain this to me please and thank you

Do you mean a superflat world?
Most of the people here (including me) can't really help you with realms since you have almost no control over the server
