Discord overlay constantly popping up. How do I disable it from doing so?

Discord settings > registered games > valorant and click on the monitor icon
How do I now activate this Discord overlay so that I can tell if it's truly disabled?
It just occurs without me even trying.
It will be disabled once you do that setting
