When dying with grappling hook Server Crashes
win 10 - steam app dedicated server
100% Grappling hook cause as this is the only new mod I added this morning.

Only happens on death.
Can be caused in any form of death (void, radiation, enemy, fall dmg)
Feel free to ping me if you find a solution and need me to test
Just confirmed it also happens with world boardwe. So all deaths
