Pending nameserver update

Hey, I'm trying to add a domain from namecheap to Cloudflare. I properly updated the nameservers. I even tried to delete it on Cloudflare and readd. The whois is properly showing the updated nameservers, but it's still not working.

Name Server: chance.ns.cloudflare.com
Name Server: paityn.ns.cloudflare.com

dnssec is disabled (always has been)

seems like I had to do an additional step following an email I received, which needs to be done for all .eco domains
