Not sure what else to do, been posting all over the Internet trying to get responses for my wife's college assignment. If anyone can help I would really appreciate some quick answers.

Question #2: How many times a week do you workout? as said not working out currently its 4 days on 2 weeks of month and 5days on remaining 2 weeks of month
