Not sure what else to do, been posting all over the Internet trying to get responses for my wife's college assignment. If anyone can help I would really appreciate some quick answers. My wife is working towards her bachelor's and she needs some simple responses about workout tendencies and preferences. Question #1: How many miles do you run in a week? right now not much due to school and winter Gender: male Age: 16 Milage (to 1/10th of a mile): probably around 3-4 Question #2: How many times a week do you workout? as said not working out currently its 4 days on 2 weeks of month and 5days on remaining 2 weeks of month Gender: male Age: 16 Number of days(1-7): 4-5 Question #3: What is your preferred area of the body to strength train in the gym? i like train equally overall but would say chest since its most easisest one to train Gender: male Age: 16 Choose (1): Upper Body, Lower Body, Core, Other (please specify)
