fractional scaling issue with the gtk apps. also happens on vertical monitors
you can check version with
rpm-ostree statushow would i prevent that from happening
update, if it still happens, complain to gnome that they dont support scalable cursors
then cry and dont use fractional scaling or vertical monitors
