Else the context is I request that someone suggest a fix to the app to only require admin when attempting an admin requiring task and not on startup but also caches admin when granted for other functions too

Not really the right place to ask stuff like this. You're not asking for help, you're asking for someone to go fix open source tools so you can use them.
