Forcing VRR
Just came over from windows. There I had no issues forcing VRR through adrenaline software. My TV can do 48-60hz VRR, not great but it made for a huge difference.
Is this possible on Bazzite?

I managed to brute force it windows, but here I only get 24,30, or 60

bad vrr implementation i would guess since the edid (info from the display) is saying it cannot do it
No way around it?
if you find a way to add custom edid info maybe, but its not something any of us do or have knowledge of

yeah still not something we do so doubt we will be much help on fixing this
you would be surprised how many displays have bad vrr implementations
at least yours doesnt say "supported" and end up just giving you flickers 😂
I’m an idiot. The adapter doesn’t support VRR.
Haven’t used this one in a long time. My XG mobile just died so Bazzite came save the day for now.
But tried on a VRR gaming monitor, and the dock doesn’t show VRR. If I do direct into the ally it works though
