High Latency
so recently ive been having alot of trouble with high latency. I want to say its most likely because of my gpu and ive tried almost everything. i wont immediatly say that its not my cpu though if anyone has suggestions that arent as common as most please share them. In general share all your suggestions please.
ive tried resetting drivers. msi util v3. things in cmds and developer manager? i think its called.

Also, by high latency how high do you mean
like 8ms but when i looked at network jittering it would jitter every few seconds
and
the latency would bump to the 30s at times

if i record it i cant send due the file being too big
