Missing Skin
A few years ago, I obtained the REFLECT skin from a box, but at some point, it disappeared from my inventory. I initially thought it had been removed due to an update, but I noticed that it was still available in the boxes, and I also saw other players using it. At the time, I didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so I let it go, but now I’m reaching out for help. Could you please restore my skin? I have videos and pictures from when I had the skin. both pictures are from 2022/11/11 (In fact, Crimson Flame and Flame also disappeared before, but I let those slide.)
