antique bolo repair

Hello, i have 14 zuni, hopi, and navajo bolo ties, along with 4 belt buckles, all from the 50s and 60s. unfortunately, the leather on ties have dried out on all of them, and crumbled and snapped on 9 of them. What would be the correct process to replace the leather/where could i find professionals to do so. Also recommendations on places to look for belts to attach the belt buckles is also appreciated

There are youtube tutorials on how to replace the end caps Other than that, Etsy or /r/leatherclassifieds, or hit up a local leatherworker Kinda costly for a fairly simple replacement/repair though
