Roles And Permissions
I want to do something like roles and permissions, both roles will have permissions and users will have custom permissions and I want to make them manageable, for example, from a user page, the administrator can add or remove permissions for the user and do the same for the role. is such a thing possible?

Thanks for the helpful information, but I guess there are no organizations in the needs of my application, I have difficulty understanding this logic. Everyone will have individual accounts, but they will see some pages according to their permissions, I just want these permissions to be manageable. @Dr_Bronko
