Hey, having an issue with our embedded users. When they click sync nothing happens.

Hi @Sean : Could you please elaborate the error you are observing. We will need the following details to understand the problem:
- What is the implementation of sync. Please share the HAR file
- Are we getting this after any recent upgrades? Release version where we are seeing the problems
- Time stamp when you observe this error so that we can take a look at the logs
- Cluster URL

2. No, we are just now trying to turn it on for our customers

@Sean what is the meaning of sync here? Can you maybe record a video and send that here? (Make sure no sensitive information is present in the video) Also we need to see the error, @Rajkunwer Singh can you help with getting the HAR here?
@Sean just to close the thread, I am hoping you got the same answer through support, but Sync functionality was never supported through embed. This is a known issue and we are trying to see if we can disable this for embedded users.
Thank you for answering, support got back to me. You may not be able to answer here but do you know if there is any timeline? This presents a significant blocker to our use-case and we were told that sync was available in TSE when signing.
Yes this is a gap that we have missed. We are trying to see how to get it enabled in future releases. Would be good to get on a call with the relevant engg team on this via support case to help you with the timelines..
