I wanna get a refund because you know I got banned and the reason is for exploiting AND DO U THINK I WAS EXPLOITING?? I spend everything just to get dragon slayer and then boom I got banned and there's a video who sent it and when I look the video ITS ONLY TWO KILLS AND THEY GIVE ME A REASON FOR EXPLOIT, so I want a refund because the staff didn't unbanned me and no explanation and they only give me appeal denied role

In the Roblox ToS they clearly said that during the time of a ban in your account Roblox will not be responsible for any losses of the currency bought before the ban and they also specify they do not handle currency refunds of in-experience purchases
Roblox itself can't and won't refund you
As for CW side, the same applies, if you're banned they won't refund you nor give compensation or anything
And also, if it gives a reason of "Exploiting" instead of the normal black-cat-red-eye, it means someone recorded you and sent it to the mods, they reviewed it and banned you
So you were exploiting, with that things you are not getting unbanned nor getting a refund
