I think that you can find some on VLR gg and some on Pracc com if you manage to get into smaller private scrim groups that can recommend you... And there are colleges that host tournaments Secure approach is through Challengermode. ChallengerMode has tournaments like from 0 - 1000$. And there is golden goose this is a 1000$ tournament that gets you ranked on VLR Europe. Information from reddit I think are still true.

Em okey I will try try but it will be long. On Pracc you can create you're team that means create a name image and connect you're riot ID and of corse firstly login to Pracc yea if you're teammates want to join you have to sand them link to team that you create
Then you can join a group I have an image
I'm on phone on computer this website looks more... Organized I think
This is for practise

I'm not using Pracc but my friends do and they explained it to me like this
