Quick small question
Hello I wanted to know if theres a rule against it or not and if there is then this question is entirely voided, if there isnt I would like to know, are thoses who get reported/banned able to ask for the evidence that proven them guilty of their punishment, at all?

It depends what ban it is
If its black cat red eye then that the anticheat so u cant do anything about that
However if its a normal ban like exploiting ext then u might be able to
