System error on Game launch

I've tried changing Nvidia graphics settings and even reinstalling the game, I still get a system error

try this
Open settings by Pressing Win + i

> Search for "random hardware access"

Turn it on

Go to network settings

Select your wifi \ ethernet Properties

Set it to private

Turn off metered connection

Set random hardware access in that to change daily .

you can also try this :
open command prompt as administrator and type these commands in order.
