Zero Trust reusable policies notification has dead link

In Zero Trust > Access > Applications, the website notifies me that I have no reusable policies created (which sounds nice, since you have to name each and every new one for every application). But the link, which is not static but rather matches https://one.dash.cloudflare.com/<some hash>/access/policies/add leads to a kind of 404 page. I've googled this and searched the discord, but the only mention of reusable policies is in the API documentation, and I'm not trying to set this up with GET and POST requests. Feels like this is incomplete? As in not added to the one.dash UI.
