My account got hacked

I tried to sign into the riot games website, and it turns out it was a fake one. A minute later I got an email that I have changed my email address, when I haven’t changed it at all, so I quickly went to change my password and go to riot support. I waited for the email and I got the response I didn’t want? So then I replied to the email and gave them the description of what happened again. Is there any other way??
