WARP to WARP not working for my private subnets.

I have installed Warp on 2 Linux boxes and my PC. I have turned on proxy, UDP, ICMP. SPlit tunnel was exclude and now is include. I updated the cloudFlare IP specified in docs. Im trying to pass traffic from 172.21.16.0/24 from Azure to a local box on 192.168.15.0/24. I can ping accross using the CGNAT IPs that CF gives out however I can not seem to get any traffic to ping or traverse the tunnel in my private ranges. This is from the PC to each server or from server to server. I have tried including ip ranges, been specific or full subnet. Gateway network/routes are set and I added vHosts to test as well. I feel like I am missing something simple to get this working. The Azure server 172.21.16.4 does have warp and Cloudflared on the box, I use this for Azure SAML web app protection for browsing. Note to add, from the linux box ssh in as a user, I try to ping the local gateway it does not work. If I sudo su and do the same ping it works If anyone has any ideas it would be appreciated. Happy New Year!

Update: I have tried to turn on and off change the local interface IP. When I do this I loose the ability to ping the CGnat IP of the box. So I know the tunnel is built and passing CGNAT traffic.
