Enabled Villager Trade Rebalancing

With the Villager Trade Rebalancing coming out soon, I'd like to enable it on my server. How would one do this? Version

server.properties and the enabled packs section iirc, although it would probably turn your world to experimental not sure if that change is experiemental

Uh you have to do dat file editing to update world Usually not recommended in prod
