No way to verify
I appreciate this is a devs discord but I’m hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction please?
I cannot log into my account as my 2FA app restore failed and for some reason the recovery code is incorrect.
I’ve raised a ticket and keep getting the usual “add xyz to your server” etc but the thing is the domain is used for an Apple bespoke email only, therefore I’ve no server to add whatever is needed.
I cannot seem to find a way past this to get to a human or at least a more useful answer and my renewal is due shortly.
Does anyone have a clue how the hell I can get to someone at Cloudflare who can assist? I’m getting desperate as this has been going on for months and I keep going around in circles.

Hi, I will take a look but I believe they ultimately end up back at the bit about adding a file to my server which doesn’t exist anyway. Thank you. I will try though
