Good evening,

Im having an issue where when i goto my website www.sitsmilewag.ca I am being redirected to telegram asking me to login to access my website. I've never used telegram and until recently never even knew what it was.
I purchased my domain through Netfirms and when i log into my domain account it does show nameservers for cloudflare but I do not have a cloudflare account. On my Nameservers page on Netfirms it says the following.
earl.ns.cloudflare.com june.ns.cloudflare.com I created a new account and looked at things but have no idea even what im looking at.
I contacted my webhost which is done through wordpress and they can bring up my website if they bypass cloudflare nameservers and if they access the website locally it loads fine.
When they try and trace the redirect when you goto www.sitsmilewag.ca its not even reaching them its going to cloudflare then being redirected from there.
Netfirms says its not their issue to contact my webhost.
Wordpress is saying the website works fine and that its going to cloudflare dns and the issue is there.
Contact cloudflare customer service and they say we dont have a cloudflare account ...... Im at a loss of what to do from here ?

So you never intended to use Cloudflare and your nameservers are only switched to Cloudflare now, your registrar/netfirms account was likely hacked or otherwise used to change your nameservers without you intending to do so (so make sure to secure that account/check audit log if they have any), and then set the nameservers back to what you had them before as
