Do Twitch Drops Expire and Am I Still Responsible for This Incident (Just Asking)

Hello all, so I just got my account unbanned by Riot as the staff manually reviewed my request and finally deemed it appropriate for me to get unbanned. During my ban I would watch VCT Game Changers and get every single reward from the card to all the titles that would be available for drop and also one of the Arcane card drops, I was never able to redeem them or claim them but I would still actually go on to earn all of them because I knew deep down that I was innocent and that Riot falsely banned me. Here is an old screenshot of me doing the quests along the way. I understand I am most likely responsible since Twitch Drops do go on to expire but I was never able to claim them since I was banned so I am just asking now if I could still get these titles if possible or if I could make a support ticket to Riot for them to try and get them on my account.
