Setting up a server with UPnP

I'm trying to set up a server to play with my friends, but my router settings don't seem to allow me to manually set up port forwarding. There is an option that allows for UPnP that is turned on, but the server stil;l cannopt be accessed by anybody but me. I have a plume router with the settings accessed through homesense.

Can you use the web interface instead of the app? If you must use UPNP and you aren't behind CGNAT, there are apps you can use from a Windows machine to maintain a UPNP port mapping.
