If you are not receiving the code, that could mean either the email you’re looking at could be the wrong one, or was changed…

But since you are not able to get the 2FA code
Use recovery to get your account and then try to change the email of that account
i cant fill in all details i dont remember when i made account or last played 😭

I wouldn’t know any other way to solve this, the only option you have is through riot’s support ticket
What option would that be? They specify some but there isnt one related to email verification or 2FA
