Hello I have a problem on my PC on my AMD graphics card when I go to the colors and I change it and I exit the software it puts me back with the basic colors could you help me

do u change the colours in the global graphics or like just for the game
if its just for the game then ud need to open the game for the colours to change
also i forgot if there was a save button or not
