Anti-malware versions of DNS 162.59.36.1 and 162.59.46.1

Hello, the 162.59.36/46.1 DNS servers support DoH and are quite fast and stable in my region but they don't seem to block malware. Are there any malware-blocking versions of these two DNS servers?

That's not Cloudflare DNS, that seems to be some Japanese IPs. Cloudflare DNS info can be found here: https://1.1.1.1/

By default, the DNS server ↗ your devices use is provided by your Internet service provider (ISP). Some ISPs and network equipment providers partner with Cloudflare to add safer browsing to their offerings.

they can be used to resolve and cloudflared uses them as bootstrap DNS, I believe opening the IP in browser directly will jump to one.one.one.one just like 1.1.1.1 cloudflare-dns.com is blocked like dead here

They don't for me. I'd guess they are your local default DNS Servers which redirect to Cloudflare/are being used to proxy to Cloudflare. Not sure which tool Walshy used but they show as owned by Arizona State, could also just be hijacked by your ISP/local setup perhaps you just misinput the IPs? CF doesn't have in 162.59.36.0, they do have stuff in 162.159.36.0 though oh yea 162.159.36.1 and 162.159.46.1 are the ones used by WARP for DoH so guessing you just dropped the 1 there. https://security.cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query / 1.1.1.2 should be same performance and malware blocking

oh yes typo, sorry so are there any family versions of those? 162.159.46.2 doesn't seem to exist

do you not get the same perf to 1.1.1.2 / https://security.cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query ? 162.159.46.1 isn't anything special afaik, it's just the one WARP uses, but same DoH service and everything as 1.1.1.1

it's actually the fastest one, 1.1.1.x has been disrupted and cloudflare-dns.com has been fully blocked

ahh it's a censorship thing, the only one that's listed for WARP is just that one: https://developers.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-one/connections/connect-devices/warp/deployment/firewall/#doh-ip

If your organization uses a firewall or other policies to restrict or intercept Internet traffic, you may need to exempt the following IP addresses and domains to allow the WARP client to connect.

ok, I shall use IPv6 then much more difficult to block and also quite fast

If it's not blocked it's a good option. You can also use the 1.1.1.1/WARP without VPN, just DNS with Malware blocking through WARP and not HTTPS potentially, or just put everything through a vpn

for fun I tested WARP Client malware blocking DoH option and it just uses the 1.1.1.1.2 / security-cloudflare-dns.com hostname for that, nothing special, it's only when you don't pick 1.1.1.1 for Families and DoH you see the special 162.159.x.x IPs used
