Steam Input Desktop Configuration Mouse 5 (Back) not working

I'm pretty happy with Bazzite on my Desktop, so I switched over my Steamdeck as well. I use my Steamdeck a lot in Desktop Mode to watch stuff in the browser. On Steam OS I just use L1 as a back button and bound the Mouse 5 button to it. But on Bazzite it just doesn't seem to work. Is there a workaround for this? I can't find find any other mentions about this

might be an extest thing that it doesnt work, can you try make it do ALT+LEFT as thats the back hotkey in browsers these days
