What pants would you (not) recommend for a chubby dude with girthy thighs (29")?

Slowly looking to dress better and my number one enemy has always been bottoms due to my huge thighs at 29". Black jeans I own will make me chafe until I bleed during summer, and mostly provide almost no breathing room regardless if they are slim or straight fit. Is there a magic fit that I don't know about to finally be at ease in my pants? Or a particular brand with a product that would work? (thinking stuff like Uniqlo's EZY Jeans, which I haven't tried) - (EU based) I'm also willing to branch out to chinos, corduroy, fatigues, double knees, cargo pants (all either in black, dark indigo, caramel, olive, or khaki) - but I don't know if these will make my thighs look even bigger. Not to brag but I am also well endowed and most pants I try just completely hug/suffocate my thighs/dong, making some pants/colors wildly inappropriate, the worse being grey wool trousers. I just currently own 5 times the same pair of slim black jeans (with some elastic matter in them) and a pair of straight black jeans. Is there any type of pants/colors you would not recommend for girthy thighs? (I would also like to wear pants around my waist/on my belly instead of on my hips below the fat - unsure how to go about this too without causing stomach pain) Thigh: 29" (74cm) Waist: 47" (120cm) Hips: 43.5" (110cm) Height: 6ft (1m83)

Go for straight fit, high rise. It's a good rule but also works if you're self-conscious about your thighs. Avoid strong tapers.
Walmart the Conqueror
I’d recommend trying a pair of high-waisted, more relaxed pants

Is it a struggle to find high rise jeans when you have a big belly?

I wonder how/where you find them then, I'm almost maxed out on the sizes most stores offers in EU (wearing 48s, max is 50) - and I need to wear them below the fat, maybe I just have not tried high rise pants specifically; do you recommend any brands or specific models?

i also have really big thighs, (26.5), and have the same problem with straight fits being like leggings. I would say that even pants marketed as “relaxed” would probably fit more straight on you, and that the secret i’ve found is a combination of a relaxed fit + sizing up a decent amount and wearing belts. only buy pants that have size charts listed for thighs (and go up an inch or 2 if you want them to look like a straight cut)or in person at stores. i also recommend high rise pants, when i was heavier they were a lifesaver in reducing the visibility of a gut, especially paired with loose button downs that aren’t fully tucked in. i would also recommend checking out @bigfits1 on instagram for inspiration if you are sizing up and you need a belt, wearing them with high waisted pants can be more uncomfortable then you are used to. for me i just got used to it +undo my belts when sitting for long periods of time, but i’ve also had success with suspenders
