First of all good morning, what happens is that they banned me for supposedly "using exploits", but that's a lie, I'm a cell phone player and I've never had a report or a ban for using exploits, I don't use them, I've always been legal, I was fighting with another player and I think he got very angry saying that he would report me and the other thing, according to him I always hit the parries something that almost never happens to me it was just pure luck, and that I hit from far away, the thing about hitting from far away is also a lie, when I join a server and I'm on that server for a few hours or minutes it gives me a lot of lag, I don't know what to do, I don't want to lose my account and everything I have cost me too much, I don't use exploits

Its still possible to exploit even though your a mobile player, and even though u said u were hitting from far away with "luck" u gotta demonstrate it with another account.
