Specific amount splitting

I am looking for a mod that can split the conveyor into specific amounts. I've tried Advanced Logistics, which supposedly could do that, but i can't figure out how. I also tried Modular Load Balancer but same results. I couldn't find any guides either. For example i am looking to split the conveyor into 35-35-45 destinations. Any idea how i can do that?

With Advanced Logistics, if your belt has 115 items coming in, then you just input 35, 35, 45 into the splitter's settings

I tried that. But it starts rotation. Sending to one conveyor for a bit, then the other, then the other. Meanwhile the first one dries out.
