SMM Crashes Randomly from Time to Time

I have been using smm since oct of 24 and i have noticed that sometimes when installing or removing a mod or enabling or disabling, i can get a crash but i can not do it consistenly and i repeat the action a second time after relaunching it seems to work so idk.
