Yo, i got ban for nothing. Why?

I played combat warriors, after i leaved and go eat. Then i back i joined combat warriors and see that: (On screen)
I not used cheats or other programs and not insult players. Also i not bug used or smt like that.
I did nothing but got ban, why? And how do i remove it.
