you can type /sell all
to sell all the sellable items in your inventory
or if you want to sell any specific item, you can hold that item and type /sell hand
as there is no right click available in bedrock edition, this is the only way you can sell your items
if you have a big farm and want to sell items even faster, you can buy a sell wand from the /pshop 's admin shop
then you can sell items by right clicking on the containers of your farms
