Same account 2 regions

i haven't played Valorant in a while but now I've returned to it but i forgot my password so i went through the process but accidentally forgot to change the region to mine so its in na, eventually after completing the process i signed in but it turns out i somehow made another account but this one has an na tag with the same servers to play in as my original account but with all it's progress missing as well as me having to complete the tutorial again which leads me to think i have somehow made the same account in 2 regions since when i check both accounts (i figured out the first account via the google method) account details and security both lead me to the original account. I want to change my password and change other things about my account but im not able to do so since it says that ''This username is already taken by an account in another region'' [#6549 is my original #NA1 is the copy] Any help on this would be appreciated
