Path of exile | Downloading content stuck a 0%

I try to delete the game and re-downloading it all over. I try to check the files. I try to delete all cached files of steam. I try different version of proton. (Few Proton GE too) I was on bazzite stable then I try Bazzite on the testing branch. I try to switch to bazzite with deck version and starting the game in game mode. I'm always stuck there. Every other games works perfectly with steam. I able to play the game with Lutris. But could be nice to be able to play it without "detour"/directly on steam.
