The server is not visible, the Istanbul server is visible, but my friends are also visible. And also, I can't join my friends, what is the reason?

And do you live in Turkey? Cause if you’re in a different region then you won’t be able to join them
I live in Turkey but I cant see İstanbul server

I still dont see frankdurt İstanbul and another europe servers
