Cloudflare Billing Support not responding for payment failure issue
My Cloudflare Ticket "[Cloudflare - 01321154] All Indian Credit Cards getting declined", is still in New state, after 4 days. Ticket raised as P2.
I understand, this may not be right forum to resolve this. But, please suggest other ways to reach Billing Support and get this issue resolved.
Resolution of this ticket is important, else i need to switch to other registrar and AWS ecosystem.

Cloudflare's billing system is undergoing some changes/migration. During this period, you may notice extra bills, incorrect bills, or other issues.
To resolve these issues, create a Support ticket by using the following link (you must be logged into your Cloudflare account): https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support
Note that all accounts, even Free plan accounts, can create billing tickets. Tickets are the only way to resolve billing issues; we cannot help you in this Discord.
afaik though, this is expected due to India regulations
I believe PayPal is the current solution for India
Thanks for the update. I tried through Paypal and found it also not working.
Paypal (in India) has only 1 way for transferring funds "OUT" to merchant - Credit Card only.
Now, the problem is - in Paypal also, i have the same CC registered and hence , possibly, they are also getting rejected for same reason.
Tried adding Bank Account as mode of payment, but unfortunately, a call with PayPal Technical team concluded that Bank Account as mode of payment is ONLY for "RECEiVING" payment (in India).
Now, please suggest how to proceed. OR please request Billing Team to help in resolving this issue.

Then be patient. It's the holidays, responses will be slower. Billing is also generally a high volume category.

how long did it take for them to respond? I have same billing issue
first response received on email on 08-Jan-2025 (issue raised on 23-Dec-2025) .. but, this could be an exception as Christmas and New-Year holiday were lined-up ..
my issue, somehow "magically" resolved using paypal (which otherwise was not working) .. long before response received ..
