Entire system freezes under light load

. My entire pc freezes and I#m unable to do anything besides force shutting it down. My specs = NVIDIA 4070, Ryzen 5800x3D, 32 gb ram at 3200 mhz (its listed as 3600 mhz in bios, dont know if its relevant) Ive disabled ftpm and secure boot in bios and Ive also upgraded my motherboard to the newest version. What can I do Reddit, youre my only hope. BTW this does not happen in windows. I listed some logs in the photos
