I was banned a year and a month ago and until now I can't play even though I have many things it’s Is this a permanent ban or did I get a ban that has a specific duration?

Bans over 30 days old cannot and will not be removed.
We have a 30 day ban policy, where we do not remove bans over 30 days old. This does NOT mean that your ban will be removed in 30 days.
