Valorant failed to launch
I tried literally everything I can, I deleted everything related to riot games and valorant completely, moved valorant from external to c drive, but still has the same issue help pls
Solution:Jump to solution
I just fixed it it was originally in external but that wasn't the issue because it was running fine before and still had the same issue as before after moving it to c drive
I fixed it by changing devoveridenable to 0 in regeditor and I have no idea why that changed or why it screwed everything up but all good now...

Is your game currently on C drive or external?
Solution
I just fixed it it was originally in external but that wasn't the issue because it was running fine before and still had the same issue as before after moving it to c drive
I fixed it by changing devoveridenable to 0 in regeditor and I have no idea why that changed or why it screwed everything up but all good now
Caused by a 3rd party program
Usually the pirated stuff
Or anything unsigned
ah ok makes sense
I have regedit on 0
But the game is on a USB stick cuz forgot about that
Do I need to reinstall on c drive
Yes
Do I just put the riot client file with the game onto my PC? Or reinstall completely
Copy the valorant file somewhere else ( not riot)
And then reinstall riot client
Start the valorant download
And stop it
What
So I just copy the game onto the pc
From riot client
So what's the point of keeping the file bruh
If I just have to reinstall it again
You can reinstall everything if you want
Ok I'll do that instead
No you start and stop it
Wdym
By start and stop it
Start and stop what
Then you upload the copied to the C: drive
My apologies I’m not the best at explaining
Ok
When did you download Valorant
Yesterday
But first time it was a year ago
It wotked
But then
I uninstalled
Then reinstalled yesterday
Ok so here’s the thing if you reinstall you’ll need to download whole 40gb again
It's actually like 53
Open the valorant file location
Yes 53
Then?
You’ll see two different files for riot client and valorant
Yes ik
First install riot client on main drive
Ok hollup
So I copy the file to desktop
Then I uninstall riot client from the usb
And reinstall to pc
And then I put the valorant game file into riot games client file
That's how ?
Wait let me show you
Ok
First download riot client, leave the usb as it is
then copy the valorant file to this path
and then click repair
Ohhhh
Then?
then thats it
first download client from site
You can't it's just a client with the game
Can only download the client combined with the game basically
Valorant download option comes after you’ve installed the client
Ye
Deactivate all Citrix Services if you have installed it. This was my solution.
