Valorant stutters (CPU wait GPU time spikes)
I have just built this pc recently and am getting micro stutters within games upon checking the graphs I can see a direct co-relation between the 'CPU wait GPU time' stat graph. The graph keeps spiking mid game and sometime the the Game to render latency also spikes and the crosshair direction changes within game.
PC spec:
Ryzen 9800x3d
MPG B650I EDGE WIFI
xpg lancer blade 32 6000mhz
Adata gammix s70 blade gen 4 1TB
iGame GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Ultra W OC 8G-V
cooler master 750 watt sfx

usually caused by the GPU downclocking to save power and suddenly needing to increase clock to keep up, especially with a CPU like the 9800x3d. reflex on + boost should mitigate this by locking the clock speed of your GPU to max

by the way your 3.5mm headphone jack issue is just poor shielding can be completely solved with an external DAC dongle. about a $10 cable adapter and usually has better audio anyway
