EU weird delay/desync
Hello everyone
Since a around a month, i have some very weird issue with the game. sometimes getting shot at, it teleports me left or right, shots not registering under 30m, or enemy taking a half second to die to my shot. i monitored every parameter ingame, there is no high ping, no packet loss or delay shown in any of the graphs. my game runs smooth 400fps+, no significant drops or weird PC behavior. Ping at worst is never over 50.
i tried i think almost everything possible what i can do: Router reset, change ethernet cable, reset my PC like 3 times etc.

i ran tracert a few times, hope i did the right ip.
ping 192.168.1.1 -n 100 -l 65500
@lyra [telia glazer, @ for reply] hey do you think you could help me
depends on what the problem is
it's just a question

me neither :val_KekwSob:
should i submit a ticket to riot support, or not even bother anymore?
you can try but from what im seeing its not a network problem
wait
what isp do you have?
its named salt
is it a local one or?
cant send the link salt(dot)ch
national wide like the top 3 of the country
well then not a network issue
the very first tracert shows 268ms on the screenshot, might that be something?
thats a ping spike to your gateway
we check that here
should i run a longer test maybe?
sure might be good

i dont get it, like what could it be
:kaisaShrug:
are you getting any input latancy?
not that notice it, only thing i notice is kinda desync feeling ingame. like getting ferrari peeked(what ever its called) or shots missing target like in a range where the first bullet inaccuracy doesnt play a big role.
:kaisaShrug:
anyways thanks for your help.
@Metamorphosis thank you too
@lyra [telia glazer, @ for reply] I think this could be a real issue
not sure if this is a network issue tho
can you send a 5min clip of you playing with all "important" stats to graph
Cause I’m cooked, I’ve been getting the same issue, no ping spike, no packet loss, just teleportation
imma take a look tomorrow with new eyes cuz it's 3am
omg its driving me crazy. i had a little compilation, sadly its gone because of new windows. will do another one tomorrow.
Chat ngl it doesn’t really affect my gameplay, so ion really care bout non of that, :ChillBar_pray:
@lyra [telia glazer, @ for reply] thats about 5 games i played today and yesterday. my hand is still broken thats why i kinda over- under aim. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h0qSVMWybCw also i found a weird mouse behavior that i cannot explain, it happens only in valorant: i use a gpx2 2000hz polling rate and a viper v3 pro 4000hz polling rate. both mice feel like 125hz ingame with heavy feeling when moving around.
@Metamorphosis
by far the best clip
bump
hello guys a small update.
win11 23h2 and 24h2 both didnt work for me. i tried all possible drivers, bios settings etc. the only solution was to get back to windows 10 22h2. i couldnt isolate where the problem is with win11.
