runpodctl project deploy issue, i make file changes they aint syncing
For some reason if i make file changes now, it will still deploy, but it wont copy over my changes!

ya there is something VERY wonky going on with my runpodctl deploy
this was the weirdest bug EVER, when i get time i test a couple things to confirm the issue. But all i can say in the mean time is made a new project with runpodctl and then moved all my files over there, only difference being runpod.toml, docker base image, and main folder name.
I ruled out folder name because i tried changing my previous folder name, so that just leaves runpod.toml and docker base image.
So weird thought because the only difference in the runpod.toml is a few .env variables. and this happened so randomly
What os do you use
do you have the required dependencies like rclone or rsync ( i forgot which )
